Hello '

I should have put hands on to your back over the weekend! I hope you find the solution. My thought's Adharanand, sometimes we can over think and over work an issue. Our focus becomes shifted and all we can think about is the issue, the pain. Sometimes it is the mechanics, sometimes the physiology. I hear from and have seen many men in your age group. It makes me question chemical

hormonal, physiogocal reasoning behind these pains? These are merely my thoughts which may or may not help. You have your expert team who I'm sure will get you back on track. I've also run those 10 marathons twice and the first 10 my head was not in the right place and I felt pain. The last 10 I was totally present and felt a little discomfort but no pain. I know your running CV out trumps mine and you'll have your own thoughts on this.

Will you still be running Thames100 ? Maybe see you there, happy to help stretch and loosen your back on the ground mid route 😀 x much love Claire x
