I’m 44 hours in to the race, and I've run 191km. I’ve had a couple of good sleeps. I’m kind of keeping the pattern, roughly, of the Self-Transcendence 3100, so I’m taking a good six-hour break each evening. In fact, I’ve been taking about a six-and-a-half, or seven hour, break.

The target is 100km a day, so 600km in total. So 44 hours in, and 191km ... I’m on target. Although the goal of 600km, I have to say, seems a distant dream. I can’t quite believe that I’ll get there.
